Freelance sales position in the adventure travel industry

Uncapped commission with a realistic OTE £20,000-£40,000

AdventureSportsHolidays.com is expanding and looking to take on freelance sales people to generate new business from both existing contacts, leads provided and some cold calling. We are based in the UK and work with 1000s of adventure and sport companies all over the world making us the largest adventure sports portal on the web, with very little competition. Despite this we only work with less than 5% of our targeted companies, so we are seeking experienced sales people with an interest in adventure sports to grow the business and become a fixed part of or team.

The role will be remote so you can be home based if you wish and you can work hours that suit you. Earnings will be commission only but with higher percentages in the first few months to ensure you earn while you get up to speed. Companies we work with pay us monthly fees and once a payment is set up you will earn commission on the amount ongoing so increasing the earnings each month. It is a fairly easy sale as you will be selling something most of the industry already know about and proving the benefit to them is easy as our network of 19 sites dominate relevant google search results, and there is little competition. There is no tie in period so its minimal risk to the advertiser.

The ideal candidate will be an experienced sales person with a passion for sports, adventure and/or travel. We want someone who is self motivated and can see this as an opportunity to create a significant income. The £20,000 OTE is based on you working just 30 hours a week and making one sale every 2 hours, our current salesperson (who has moved up in the organisation) makes 1-2 sales per hour so you can see the opportunity is there to earn very well.
