This is one of the most important aspects of our yoga holiday that is often forgotten about…having fun!! Gone is the seriousness of the
original yoga retreats, we want you to relax, unwind, drink that glass of wine, chill out and hang out with the excellent AdventureYogi team who are well experienced in all of the above!!

Our holidays are designed for a variety of ages and it doesn’t matter whether you come alone, with a friend, partner or group. We welcome hen parties too! Every level of yoga is welcome, we cater for all and the amount of sport you do is your choice.
Yoga and Healthy eating
We love healthy eating and believe that a healthy body creates a healthy mind. We do this responsibly by buying locally and organic where possible. The food is vegetarian/vegan because we believe this is the best kind of food to enhance your yoga practice, with a bit of fish when we are by the sea!
Responsible Travel
And that’s not all, we focus on responsible travel too by providing locally sourced organic food and wine, encouraging responsible travel by train or bus where possible and we are establishing projects in the places we go in order to give something back to the environment and people we working with. |
