1 Day Paramotoring Intro Course
This one day taster session is a great introduction to the amazing sport of Paramotoring and is perfect for a fun day out or for those who wish to see if the sport is for them. It is designed to teach beginners the first day of the BMAA FLPA training syllabus. The course fee includes all equipment hire, log books and instruction. Most students can expect to learn how to launch, control, fly and land a Paraglider from a gentle slope as well as learn how to control the Paramotor in the simulator.

The day starts by meeting at the centre at 9.30am, you will meet your instructor who will give you a full safety briefing. During the course of the day you will learn about the principles of the sport, the equipment - which includes the wing and the motor, safe starting procedures and pre-flight checks. By the end of the day you can realistically expect to be having a go at launching a Paraglider from a gentle slope and doing your first short flights. You will also have a go at controlling the Paramotor in the simulator. The day will finish at around 5.30 pm. |
