20 - 30 Min Microlighting Trial Flight
Experience true freedom in the air. So, if you've ever fancied having a go at flying, here's an opportunity to experience the thrill and excitement of this fantastic form of flight. You'll experience for yourself the immense sensation of flying in one of these small yet robust aircraft. You will either fly a fixed-wing or flexwing aircraft, and you'll be cruising over the countryside at around 50-60 mph at up to 3000 feet. Why not have a go at being transported into a new and unique dimension. You will have a truly magical experience that will long remain a treasured memory.

After a flight and safety briefing and carrying out a full preflight safety check on the aircraft you will taxi out onto the runway. Once airborne you'll climb to around 2000 feet from where you'll have a marvelous view of the surrounding countryside. Depending on the weather conditions, and whether you want to or not, you can have a go at flying the aircraft. And your instructor will show you how to perform basic flight maneuvers like turning, climbing and descending. |
