30ft Abseil
In a busy stressful life, we all need outlets to unwind. What better way to beat your stress, than by feeding your fear as you lean back over the edge and shoot down either the abseil tower (Sussex) or cliff face (Anglesey)! Learn the basics of abseiling, safe in the knowledge that you are attached to a safety rope. Once confident you can up the adrenaline and even try it blindfolded! This is a great two hour experience that is highly recommended.

You will arrive at the centre and receive a full safety briefing before being kitted up. You will have a quick theory session on abseiling techniques before going out and putting theory into practice! You will have multiple goes at abseiling down the face of the tower or cliff each time building your confidence a little more; if you are feeling brave you can even try it blindfolded at the end of your session! |
