You get to ride what you want, where you want and when you want with one of our tailor made activity holidays. We offer mountain biking with a fleet of Specialized MTBs here along the coast, and in the hills of Andalucia. Alternatively take a day out in a different saddle and join us for a Quad bike safari in the sierras or a days motor cross trail riding. Or saddle up for horse riding from our choice of stables. Or get out of the saddle and walk the ancient mule tracks in Las Alpujarras, or simply hike along the glittering blue Mediterranean, stopping off in quiet coves for a cooling drink & tapas.
Or tackle canyoning, paint ball, archery, diving, windsurfing, sea kayaks, weight training, golf or any one of our other sports activities - even skiing & boarding in Sierra nevada in winter!
With our flexible booking system, each member of your party can choose which activities they want to do and when they want to do them. This gives you max choice and flexibility, insofar as couples may choose to enjoy different activities in the mornings before meeting up for lunch and sharing a further session in the afternoon. So, if you are totally into, MTBs & windsurfing, but your partner prefers horse riding & walking, you can simply tailor your holiday so that each of you gets to do what they like best.
We are based in Almuñécar, on the beautiful Andalucian coast, and provide a full sports activity holiday service, focussing on bespoke activity holidays. None of the activities are compulsory, of course - you are free to do as much or as little as you wish, and most are pitched at a level whereby any reasonably fit person can partake and enjoy them.
Totally Sorted Sports not only arrange and organise all your activities and itinerary, but also everything you need to go with it. From your riding hat or mountain bike, right down to your ski boots for winter skiing in Sierra Nevada.

As our flexible booking system gives you choice there are no set agendas – but as an example our summer timetable allows you to choose from the following activities. NB these are only high level descriptions – see web site for full info:
Saturday - We meet you at Malaga Airport and transfer you to your accommodation, where we will run through your fully detailed welcome folder with all the local maps and guides you need to get the most from your stay.
Welcome meeting, meal & drinks in beach bar, evening mini-tour of Almuñécar to get you orientated
Sunday - Choose from:
PADI trial dive. No previous experience required as all instruction is given to you for a first class introduction to this brilliant sport. If the bug bites we can organise a full four day course in which you will gain the world recognised PADI Open Water Diver qualification, allowing you to dive with a buddy independent of an instructor
- OR -
Mountain Biking. Our ever popular self guided ridge route has options off road between 9 and 15km, or a return all downhill via tarmac. Stunning views over the white villages and the bright blue sea, from a high point of some 600m altitude. All route notes & maps needed supplied
- OR -
Walking the ridge. A self guided walk along the first part of the ridge, descending to a neighbouring village where we rendezvous in a tapas bar to bring you back
Sunday - Evening - Join us on our optional fun filled Tapas Trail, where €15 "in the kitty" takes around the old town with its tapas bars and restaurants. A great way to get to know the old part of town, with its cobbled streets lined with small shops as well as the local tapas & specialities.
Monday - Choose from:
PADI trial dive As Sunday (Above) but alternative date for those who wanted to do the MTBs or walk

Self guided walking. A coastal walk with picnic lunch, following the Moorish Atalayas (watchtowers) along the coast & cliff paths to the neighbouring town of Salobreña with its Arabic hill top castle. Time to site see in Salobreña, before we pick you up and bring you back home. Picnic lunch inc.
- OR -
Motocross Trail Ride option. Full motorcycle licence required for a full day off road excursion you will not forget! Superb KTM, Honda, Suzuki or Yammies available and absolutely superb riding. All kit provided, as well as lunch. Supplement of €210 payable - this is not cheap but it is a full-on day with a highly professional off road company
Tuesday - Choose from:
Watersports day featuring a 3 hr escorted Sea Safari in sea kayaks around the sea cliffs and caves (swell & sea conditions permitting) followed, after a quick rest for lunch an hours windsurfing on superb kit
- OR -
All Day Shoot Out with our exciting Paintball & Long Bow Archery up in the sierras! A brilliant opportunity to try traditional long bows on various fixed and moving targets. A superb 2 hr archery session with all tuition, as well as junior bows and mini cross bows for children. Then, after a break for refreshments we get kitted up for a full 4 hrs paintball ! Full briefing and umpire support, with full protective kit provided, for a choice of game formats. All instruction & safety kit provided as well as picnic lunch.

Riding. A 3hr ride along the trails through the olive and mango orchards overlooking the glittering blue sea from our coastal stables. Fantastic views and superb, forward going horses.
Wednesday - Free time to maybe try one of our optional activities payable locally, perhaps sightseeing or mountain biking, take a guided walk, try a sea kayak, visit a spa, or just relax by the glittering blue sea.
Thursday - Choose from:
Canyoning - A "must do" activity for all, this full days canyoning is a great day in truly spectacular surroundings. Walking, swimming and jumping down the river and rock pools, as well as abseiling down the waterfalls in the gorges high in the mountains, where the mountain goats just stand and wonder why we do it. Absolutely brilliant fun! Packed lunch included.
- OR -
Mountain Biking - Our Sierra Almijara natural park ride starts at your drop off at an altitude of 1062m above sea level. You then descend on (initially graded) forest tracks through the park to the villages of Lentegi, then down further tracks to Otivar, before heading back to Jete on road. You can then either continue home of the road, or dive down into Rio Verde to follow the river course back. Picnic lunch inc.
- OR -
Self guided walking- A walk down through the natural park (see above) but stopping at a typical restaurant in Otivar for tapas / lunch (not inc) before transport arrives to take us back down the valley to home. Picnic lunch inc.
Friday - Choose from:
Quad Biking - An exciting 3 hr Quad Bike safari in the Axarquia region takes you high into the sierras and the natural park on our Quad Bikes. You will get full instruction on how to safely handle your Quad, before setting off to explore off road along the river beds and trails. UK (or equiv) licence rqd to drive.
- OR -
Nerja Caves. A half day excursion to see the worlds largest underground column in the spectacular Nerja caves complex, where we will see where the famous ballets are held each year in Spring. Amazing underground formations in a truly spectacular setting. We then visit the Balcon de Europe, where we have time for sight seeing and refreshments before returning home
- OR -
Watersports A return visit to the watersports centre for a further half day in the Sea Kayaks followed by a windsurfing session - or take Laser, GP 14 or a Catamaran out for a sail for a couple of hours.
Saturday - Transfers back to Malaga airport

Self catering apartments
Fully fitted a/c apartments conveniently located on the edge of the historic Arabic part of Almuñécar, adjoining the main shopping area. They are exceptionally well appointed, having recently been totally refurbished and are situated just 70m from the central beach. Suitable for up to four persons and are ideal for families, as each has a double or two single beds in the main bedroom, with a sofa bed in the living room. For comfort we recommend them for 2 + 1 adults or 2 adults + 2 children.
Hotels
We offer a great choice of hotels ranging from budget priced 2 stars up to 4 stars. All are close to the beachs and old town and most are with pools etc. We also offer a traditionally decorated Moorish themed sport hotel for something a bit different.
