Day 02 - Sea Kayaking in the morning and surfing lessons on the afternoon
Day 03 - Rock climbing in Agulinha da Gavea and Hang-gliding down. Free time
Day 04 - Scuba-diving (bring our certification card along if you are open water certified)
Day 05 - Hiking to Sugar Loaf Mountain.
Day 06 - Rest day at the beach.
Day 07 - Hiking in Serra dos Orgaos National Park
Day 08 - White Water Rafting
Day 09 - Rock Climbing (Sugar Loaf, Corcovado or other mountain)
