Abseiling in London and Essex
Be James Bond for a moment as you take giant leaps off our 13 metre tower with only a rope to control your descent.
Going up is easy using the stair case built into the tower .
Sessions last 90 minutes and are suitable for ages 9+. Sessions run 4 times daily all year round.
