The conditions on the Costa Brava are ideal for this course. Flat water and constant winds will help you towards planing.
This course is run over five days. We aim to take your skills to the next level by utilizing the RYA FastFwd formula to introduce skills essential to mastering sailing on the sea in stronger winds. This includes foot straps, better use of the harness, launching and landing and improving board and rig control at higher speeds. When you aren't being instructed you can practice with our equipment, which is included in the price.
