Advanced Windsurfing Holiday in Greece
Vassiliki is a traditional fishing village, located at the Southern-most tip of the beautiful island of Lefkas. It overlooks Kephallonia (of Captain Corelli fame) and is part of the Ionian group of islands in the North West of Greece. Due to the extraordinary local wind phenomenon, Vassiliki has become a world famous windsurfing destination. But it has managed to retain its unspoilt charm with chilled tavernas, cafes and bars lining the picturesque harbour.
The Club Vassiliki Advanced Windsurfing tuition program takes place from Saturday to Wednesday. Advanced surfers start slightly later in the day than the beginners, usually with a theory session and possibly a light wind on-water session before lunch. The main water based tuition for these groups takes place when the wind picks up during the afternoon. Then it's as much free-sailing as you like until the wind drops or the sun sets!
The Club Vass approach to windsurfing tuition has been tried and tested over the last 18 years - and it works! We've always been at the forefront and have been influential in developing the RYA's FastForward teaching methods (which we incorporate into our program). Our Windsurfing team is the highest qualified in the world, boasting more RYA level 5 instructors than any other centre. These highly motivated professionals have a relaxed, friendly approach that cannot fail to motivate you. Many of our instructors move around the world with us so you'll recognise familiar faces in unusual places! Vassiliki's extraordinary local wind phenomenon is renowned throughout the windsurfing world. The wind shifts in direction and strength halfway through the day keeping all levels more than happy. And the warm, clear water means you won't want to get out.
Our fully inclusive courses are highly flexible and are tailored to your specific needs and the prevailing conditions in each centre.

Andromeda is home to self catering studios offering twin, double or triple accommodation and Self caterign apartments with a double bedroom + twin bed in the lounge. Andromeda is based in the valley of olive groves, 5-10 mins from Club:

* Pool with pool-side bar (bar opens peak season)

* Breakfast bars and basic kitchenettes
Sunwaves
Sunwaves is room only accommodation with twin, double & triple rooms available. It is an alternative beachfront option, 2 mins walk from the Club:
* 15 comfortable rooms
* All with balconies or terraces (direct/side sea views)
* Beach-side pool with sea views
* Café and bar
* Fridges, kettles and air-con in all rooms
All properties have pools for guest use and each room / apt has an en suite shower / wc with air-conditioning.
