Come and try our Yoga cycle holidays in the beauty of the French Alps. Do a cycle tour for a day then come home to your cosy and relaxing accommodation for some wind down yoga in the sunshine. The yoga will support those tightenning muscles caused by cycling, helping to relase tight hip flexors, inner thigh and bum muscles. The flexibility gained from the yoga will only benefit your cycling and allow you to fly up hills and feel more supple and stronger than you have in years! The strengthening and cardio from the cycling and the flexibility and suppleness gained from the yoga will leave you feeling relaxed body and mind. Accommodation Details

The venue for AlpineYogi 2012 is in the most beautiful farmhouse we could find. An awe inspiring trip across the French Alps, lead us to the popular resort of La Rosiere, where we stumbled across ˜La Ferme´.

It´s perfect in many ways, but the most important being that it´s a family home and has been lovingly restored to its former glory over the last 20 years. Dating back to 1877, it is a traditional farm house that has been renovated to it´s now luxurious state. Made up of two separate but adjacent houses, it offers plenty of space to dine, sleep, relax, practice yoga and even play the piano!

With a selection of room sizes & styles, we are able to offer a large range of accommodation to suit all tastes. It is located at the end of a winding road, past a couple of working farms, well off the beaten track. There are uninterrupted views of the mountains and no neighbours to the front or to the right of La Ferme, making it the ideal location for a mountain retreat. You will have to see it, to believe just how stunning it is, but we can assure you that your stay with us here, will be an adventure to remember.
