The French Alps are the perfect place to invigorate the body & soul, with so many sports to choose from. The problem is going to be not how you are going to fill your time, but how you are going to fit it all in! Itinerary / Highlights

8.00am – Silent meditation walk to warm up your sleepy body
8.30 – 10am – Morning yoga practice
10.00am – Brunch served
11pm-5pm - Time for activities – walking, hiking, climbing or just relaxing in the farmhouse/massage treatments
5.45pm – 7.15pm – Evening yoga practice
7.45pm – Dinner

Accommodation Details

The venue for AlpineYogi 2010 is a beautifully converted farmhouse, La Ferme. Dating back to 1877, it is a traditional farm house that has been renovated to it´s now luxurious state. Made up of two separate but adjacent houses, it offers plenty of space to dine, sleep, relax and practice yoga. With a selection of room sizes & styles, we are able to offer a large range of accommodation to suit all tastes and budgets.

It is located at the end of a winding road, past a couple of working farms, well off the beaten track. There are uninterrupted views of the mountains and no neighbours to the front or to the right of La Ferme, making it the ideal location for a mountain retreat. You will have to see it, to believe just how stunning it is, but we can assure you that your stay with us here, will be an adventure to remember.

For standard double/twin with shared bath room:
£575pp per week

For big bunks with shared bathroom:
£525pp per week

Price is based on two people sharing a room.

Single supplements are available for an extra 50% per person.
