Your programme involves surfing, yoga, massages and total relaxation, allowing you to get the most out of your time in Bali.
Surf Lessons:
Based on your ability, you will join a group with other surfers of similar experience and skill. There are 3 main groups: beginner, intermediate and advanced, so you won’t find yourself being taught alongside people with vastly different surfing standards to yourself. Regardless of your level, this course will see you improve vastly!
If you are an intermediate or advanced surfer, surfboards are not included. You should bring your own board or you can hire one locally for 6 Euros a day.
The programme includes detailed explanations of:
Wave theory
Oceanology
Surfing technique and biomechanics
Understanding your equipment
Identifying dangers and surf location briefings - aimed at helping you better understand what’s going on in the ocean.
Massages and Yoga Lessons:
For each week of your stay, you’ll have 2 sports massages included as part of your programme. You also have 3 yoga sessions for each week you stay at the camp.
Bali Cultural Trip:
A cultural trip is included in the programme to make sure you see the best of what Bali has to offer.
