Dahab is one of the world’s freediving meccas. Excellent conditions and depths have enabled many freedivers to break national and international records, and to set new personal bests. But freediving isn’t just for extreme deep divers. Dahab is the perfect start-out spot for freediving, offering “deep snorkellers” and beginner freedivers amazing coral reefs and formations to dive along.
This course is designed to be an introduction to freediving for students who are already confident and happy in the water. It aims to help the student to develop the skills and knowledge necessary to enjoy freediving safely. Students will be introduced to the main disciplines of freediving including Static Apnea, Dynamic Apnea and Constant Weight.
