About the hotel
The charming Hotel Goldenes Rad (Golden Wheel) is a recently renovated first-class hotel which has been run by the same family for the last three generations, offering a perfect blend of personal service and modern comforts. It also has a distinguished restaurant and wine cellar which scored 14 points in the 2007 Gault Millau and is also highly regarded in the Michelin Guide. Free use of the sauna and spa, as well as WLAN internet is included in our rates. The hotel could not be better situated, being only a stone's throw away from the shores of Lake Constance (Bodensee) and close to the harbour and the Zeppelin Museum.
Directions
From Munich: Take the A96 in the direction of Lindau. Take the exit for Friedrichshafen and then drive in the direction of the town centre and the Zeppelin Museum. In front of the access road turn onto the right hand side, going towards the Train station. From there drive slowly straight into the Pedestrian Zone and after around 250m the hotel is on the right hand side. From the train station the hotel is around 100m away.
