The main level features a fully equipped kitchen and dining nook, a cosy living room, vaulted ceilings, a woodburning fireplace (firewood provided), and 1-full bath. The 2nd floor is an open loft sleeping area with 1-queen bed, 1-set of bunk beds, 1 futon, a small balcony with great views, and a 1/2-bath. Out back, there is a private gazebo covered hot tub and a gas grill!

Soft Holidays Rates: $264.10(taxes included) per night, plus a one time cleaning fee of $50.00
Dec. 15th through Dec. 25th: $297.25(taxes included) per night, plus a one time cleaning fee of $50.00.
Dec. 26th through Jan. 4th: $352.50(taxes included) per night, plus a one time cleaning fee of $50.00.

RESERVATIONS:
Reservations are subject to a 2-night minimum stay during regular periods, and a 3-night minimum stay during holiday and special event periods.

An Advance Reservation Payment equal to the cost of 1-night's stay, including tax, is required to reserve a vacation property. The remaining balance is considered due-in-full 14-days prior to our Guest's scheduled date of arrival, and is automatically debited to our Guest's credit card on the scheduled due-date.
