Learn rock and ice climbing techniques in the amazing mountains around Mont Blanc - the highest mountain in Europe. No previous experience is required, although you will need to be reasonable fit to get the most out of the course.

As part of the course, you will stay for 2-3 nights in a mountain refuge hut.

Techniques taught are:

Snow & ice climbing techniques
Rock climbing techniques
Ropework
Glacier travel
Navigation
Crampon & ice axe use
Avalanche prediction, and equipment selection

Day 4: Further climbing - night in refuge hut
Day 5: Further climbing - night in Chamonix
Day 6: Day & night in Chamonix
