Sample Itinerary - 3 Night Trip
Day 1 - Arrive and Transfer
You will be met at the airport and transferred to your hotel in the mountains. Once you have settled in, you will have dinner in a local restaurant.
Day 2 - Kayaking and Canyoning
After breakfast, you will transfer to a nearby lake where you will be divided into 2 groups to begin your morning of activities of kayaking on the lake or canyoning nearby. There will be a BBQ lunch then the groups will swap activities. You will return to the hotel to relax before dinner at another local restaurant.
Day 3 - Rafting and Barcelona
After breakfast, you will be taken to meet your guides, given your equipment and receive tuition on your activity of White Water Rafting on one of the best rivers in Europe. You will return to the hotel for a quick change and check out.
Your transfer back to the city will begin with a break on the return journey to visit a Cava vineyard for a tasting and lunch. Once you have returned to the city you will check in to your hotel, have some time to relax before dinner in the city then freetime to sample the nightlife.
Day 4 - Depart
After breakfast, there will be free time in the city before you are transferred to the airport for your return flight.

White Water Rafting
The rafting in this area is some of the most amazing in Europe. You can choose the duration of the rafting from a morning of 2 hours to a whole day on the water - we do let you stop for lunch at a riverside restaurant - it is certainly a day to remember!
Hydrospeeding
Flippers, a wetsuit, a float and a river. That’s the essence of hydrospeeding and it is quite simply great fun. Your guide will give you tuition and show you the best way down the river.
Open Kayaking
This is a great activitiy for those wanting to experience the sensation of white water without the need for too much skill. After instruction, you set off towards the rapids of the Noguera Pallaresa. This descent makes it possible to enjoy the thrill of white water without having to be an experienced paddler.
Canyoning
After the walk up to the starting point in the canyon it’s downhill all the way using a series of scrambles, slides, dives, jumps, swims and abseils!
Boat Trip on the Med
Whether you want a speed boat or prefer to sail on a catamaran or yacht, Barcelona has it all! We can also arrange for lunch and drinks to be served on board.
Bicycle Tour of Barcelona
Tour the city with a guide to show you some of the sites using the many cycle paths of the city.
Wine Tasting and Tour of Vineyard
No trip would be complete without visiting the vineyards of this region and of course tasting their magnificent wines and cavas.
Helicopter Flights
Go on , treat yourself! Imagine taking in the sights of the city from the air - what an experience. You can also extend the flight to take in Monserrrat if you wish.

You won’t miss out on the best food in the city with your own expert, who will not only take you to those out of the way places frequented by the locals, but also advise on which specialities you should try!
Rafting Race Day
This one is for larger groups wanting to provide an alternative event. Encourage some healthy competiton and great team building in one. We can organise a race day on the river for the whole group.
You will be split into groups of 7 or 8, given your equipment and allocated your guide and raft. After some tuition with your guide, the race will begin! The teams will need to work together, remember what they have learned and listen to their guide if they stand any chance of winning!
The race will be followed by lunch and prizegiving. Pictures will be taken during the race so everyone will have a memento of their day. Why not take on your competiton by organising an event between companies?
