The 1st floor features an open living/dining area with a great stone fireplace (firewood provided), a well equipped kitchen, one bedroom with 1-queen bed, and 1-full bath.

The 2nd floor features one bedroom with 2-queen beds, 1-twin bed, and a walk out balcony, and one bedroom with 1-full bed and 1-twin bed.

This vacation property will sleep 8 to 10-persons. (ENFORCED Maximum Occupancy!).

Soft Holidays Rates: $242.00(taxes included) per night, plus a one time cleaning fee of $75.00
Dec. 15th through Dec. 25th: $253.05(taxes included) per night, plus a one time cleaning fee of $75.00.
Dec. 26th through Jan. 4th: $286.20(taxes included) per night, plus a one time cleaning fee of $75.00.

RESERVATIONS:
Reservations are subject to a 2-night minimum stay during regular periods, and a 3-night minimum stay during holiday and special event periods.

An Advance Reservation Payment equal to the cost of 1-night's stay, including tax, is required to reserve a vacation property. The remaining balance is considered due-in-full 14-days prior to our Guest's scheduled date of arrival, and is automatically debited to our Guest's credit card on the scheduled due-date.
