Itinerary / Highlights
DAY 1 Arrive KremsDAY 2 Hike through vineyards to Darnstein (4.5hrs)
DAY 3 Walk the high trail to Weissenkirchen with great views or the Danube (5hrs)
DAY 4 Day at leisure to explore the surrounding area and sample wine
DAY 5 Walk via Mt Buschandlwand to the village of Spitz (5hrs)
DAY 6 Follow the Buchtal Valley to the fortress of Aggsbach and continue by bus to Melk (5.5hrs)
DAY 7 Visit Melk Monastery then by boat to Krems
