Welcome to Dubrovnik. Edi's Sea View Rooms are located directly on the Pile Beach (Old Town), 50 meters near the historic part of Dubrovnik city center. The guest house has been recently renovated and everything inside is new. All the rooms in house have Air Conditioning. All the rooms have also king size beds, one big bed for 2 person.Our guests are always very happy with our accommodation and friendly atmosphere and that is why they always leave satisfied and they always recommend us.Our guest house is just 30 seconds walking from the beach, old town main street (Stradun), from grocery store, internet coffee, restaurants, galleries, historical monuments and numerous cafes and bars. We are sure you will enjoy Dubrovnik and our guest house. City center of Dubrovnik is a place where you can have everything you want from a vacation, fun, culture, beautiful nature and romantic touch.We have 5 rooms and the rooms are situated on the 1, 2 and 3 th floor. On the first floor we have 1 room withe the amazing sea view and private bathroom and air condition.On the second floor we have 2 rooms with the amazing sea view and each of this 2 rooms have the private bathroom,of course air-condition.. Furthermore, on the second floor we have 1 more room with private bathroom inside the room and without sea view. On the last third floor there is 1 more room with the private bathroom inside the room also without sea view.Please keep in minds that sea view rooms are on request and always contact the owner and if the sea view room is available of course we will keep it for you.Please note that payment on arrival is in cash. We do not accept Credit Card payments.

The nearest bus stop is Pile bus stop, which is located on the Pile gate (one of the entrances of Old Town). Pile bus stop is just 20 seconds walking from our guest house.We are located on the famous Pile beach only 50 m from Stradun-Placa (historical main street) There are buses and taxi's who can take you all the way into the old town, the Pile Gate is just 50 m from our house. Our house is located just 20 meters from the only Croatia Airlines office in Dubrovnik which is 30 meters from the old town .
