We rent recreational, touring, sit-on-top, and surf kayaks. All kayaks come standard with paddle and PFD. Most of our locations allow you to paddle directly from the site or transport the boat to where ever you want to go. If you like the kayak that you rented, we will always credit up to a 3 day rental charge toward the purchase of a new kayak. Kayaks are rented on a first come first serve basis, but it is very rare that we run out.

Duck: The Sanderling Inn (paddle on site only), Kitty Hawk Kites just south of the water tower
Nags Head: Carolina Outdoors kayak outlet just north of Kitty Hawk Kites (transportation needed)
Manteo: Carolina Outdoors on the Manteo Waterfront
Avon: Kitty Hawk Kites/Carolina Outdoors Store in Island Shoppes
Hatteras: Kitty Hawk Kites/Carolina Outdoors Store in Hatteras Landing
