Speedflying is the newest way to glide down a mountain and involves a smaller scale glider. This makes a good combination with skis and allows for fast descent, riding, sliding, jumping and even flying over obstacles at speed even higher of 70km/h - 40mph !!!
You will begin speedriding on hills and then move on to small jumps and eventually multiple touch before going down steep
mountains. Snow slopes are the original form, however, sand dunes and all terrain boards or skis have been employed in recent seasons.
Also 'foot launched on high wind' is becoming a sport of its own due to its intense popularity.
