You can go a long way towards solo with this package, using a combination of pure glider and motor glider to cover all aspects of the skills needed to go solo, with fully qualified BGA (British Gliding Association) instructors to guide you through every step. If you wish, ground school can also be included at no extra cost.
Club Membership becomes active from your first day of flying. If you use up all your account before the temporary membership runs out, you can continue to fly at club prices, paying as you go, and at the end of the three months, if you decide this life is for you, you can join the club as a full member for a pro-rata fee.
This package also includes a book about Gliding, so that you, or your loved one can read up on the sport before coming along. You will also find this a very useful tool during your flying, as much of the theory in the book will be put into practice. This book will be sent out with the voucher at the time of purchase.
