Join us as our guide takes you through the trails of the southern Cambrian mountains around Llanwrtyd Wells, The home of the first Mountain bike race and the smallest town in the Untied Kingdom. Our mountain bike activity is set for all abilities, routes and trails are tailored to suit the group. Both, off road and forest road sections are built into the route to improve your skills and test your ability. Nothing that you can't achieve if you take it at your own pace. approx 3 hours duration.

Our fun quirky water activities will make you laugh. Bathtubbing and Coracle experience will make you concentrate on balance and technique. Wild Swimming set to thrill and delight. The rock pool jacuzzi and open gorge swimming to clamber and swim through. Not your everyday swimming experience. Approx 2 hours of fun in the river followed by a short cycle ride back to town to complete your Green Dragon Mountain Bike Adventure Activity Day.
