Llanwrtyd Wells the home of bog snorkelling and claims the first mountain bike race in the United Kingdom. Nestled on the southern edge of the Cambrian mountains, the smallest town in the UK offers some of best natural wild trails in the area. 30km half day routes to 70km mini epics. Wild open upland moorlands to tree lined forestry wild trails. Blinding scenery, flashing by on wicked down hills.

The myriad of trials we use suit all abilities and on the ride we can create a bespoke route to suit the needs of the individual group. We often take 2 guides so we can challenge the more experienced riders of the group, while the second guide offers a more leisurely pace for the rest.

We suggest a 3 day Mountain biking package, but if your really keen we have enough routes to offer a 5 day option. Prices per rider in a group of 4 for 6hrs of riding £35 (1 guide) 8 riders or more 2guides. Groups of over 12 riders can be discounted, Please call for prices.

Accommodation Details

We have a wide arrange of accommodation available in Llanwrtyd Wells. Hotels, Hostels, guest houses and B & B's. Please feel free to call use to discuss your accommodation requirements. We also have Tipi's and a Yurt for hire to make your weekend away just a wee bit different.

Departure Dates, Options & Prices

10am each day from Green Dragon Activities. Mountain biking is available all year round. In Winter months and exceptionally bad weather circumstances we may have to change the routes or short rides for the safety of the group.
