Tuck yourself away in this cozy nest!This home has been blessed by a heron so you are guaranteed a relaxing stay in the comfy Heron's Nest (best suited to sleep 2 but can accommodate 4) or the larger Heron's Roost (a fully equipped one bedroom apartment - can sleep 6).Take a short walk to the beach along a meandering country road. Then come back and relax and enjoy the sound of the ocean and breathe in the cleansing ocean breezes while you watch the local eagles soar along the coastline from your private deck. We are located on the south-west coast of Vancouver Island above a beach featuring a spectacular view of the Olympic Mountains and one of the best fishing spots along the coast.
Directions
Driving Directions: From Victoria head North on the Trans Canada Highway. Follow the signs and take the exit to Highway Fourteen (SookePort Renfrew) called Sooke Road. Once in the centre of Sooke continue west straight through towards Port Renfrew. The road is now called West Coast Road. It is approximately 10 km (10 minutes) to Otter Point Road. Watch for the BandB highway sign with Heron's Rest. Turn right up the hill and left at Otter Point Place (the first left road - there is another sign). Follow along to the third right (the first is Ranveig Place, the second is Clark Road) Randy's Place. We are the 3rd house on the left. Look for the giant heron sign.
