Les Deux Alpes is a Glacial resort with some very high altitude skiing at 3600m and in fact is one of the highest Glaciers in France. We offer value priced ski holidays in premium high altitude destinations such as Les 2 Alpes - so you get snowsure slopes!

Les 2 Alpes is also home to some of the longest summit to base descents in Europe, and the resort has a fantastic sunshine and snow record which means cloudy days and flat light won't spoil your holiday! All abilities are very well catered for in this premier ski destination.

A real benefit with Les 2 Alpes is that apart from being a real all rounder resort for all abilities - it is also linked to neighbouring La Grave which offers some of the most spectacular off piste skiing in the world! Skiers can get a cat-track tow from the Glacier over to some of the best off piste you will even find! A long descent powder suited to intermediate skiers and up.

LES 2 ALPES OVERVIEW:
Beginner skiers and boarders:
Beginners are very well catered for as the glacier at Les 2 Alpes is very gentle and allows novice skiers to learn at altitude on the best snow rather than being confined to the lower nursery slopes. The local instructional services are also very good with the usual English speaking schools readily available.

Inters and experts:
The longest run in resort is an impressive 12 kilometres in total and intermediate and expert skiers have a huge network of blues, reds and black runs to cruise around on! The quality of advanced and intermediate level skiing is really very good indeed and will allow skiers to push their abilities and see real improvements in a short space of time.

Resort Life:
The night life in Les 2 Alpes is very varied and also very close to our hotel, without causing a disturbance! It ranges from chic bars and a vibrant cafe culture to a more lively and up-for-it party atmosphere with nightclubs and plenty of late night bars all over resort. The resort is quite appealing because it is always caked in so much snow and really makes visitors feel in the thick of the action at this mainstream ski destination!

Accommodation Details

Chalet-Hotel Genepi:
A great little hotel, located in the centre of resort, but down a quiet street for easy access to the resort amenities.

The hotel has a bar and restaurant with Wi-fi and all bedrooms are ensuite or private bathroom, many have mountain and ski slope views.

Location
Le Hotel Genepi enjoys a cracking location! It is less than 200 metres to the main Gondola ski lifts. All other resort amenities, shops, bars, cafes and restaurants are very close by, with the main nightlife situated about 3-4mins walk away.
