About the hotel
The Frankopan Hotel is located in the very heart of the fairy tale town of Ogulin, near the 16th century Frankopan Castle. The building was erected in the 18th century for administrative purposes. In the 19th century, the building underwent a series of modifications, to be converted into a hotel by the end of the century. The hotel is a building of distinct urban architecture and historic significance with pronounced urban, architectural, historic and artistic elements. This cultural gem located in the old town center was renovated through a reconstruction and adaptation project and the hotel opened for visitors once again in summer 2007.This beautiful and modern accommodation facility also provides excellent food service as well as sports, recreational, leisure and MICE services. The summer patio located in the hotel's courtyard offers an authentic 19th century ambiance and can be used as an excellent venue for unique events.
