The attractive and modern Hotel Reykjavik is perfectly situated in the very heart of ReykjavÃk. With 79 comfortable rooms, including suites and family accommodation, we strive to cater to the individual needs of our guests. Hotel Reykjavik has an on-site restaurant Raudara and we offer an excellent morning buffet every morning of the week. Our barcocktail lounge is open every night. Laugavegur, the city's main shopping street, is just around the corner, and a few minutes' walk will take you either to the old city centre - with dozens of bars and restaurants, throbbing with life, night and day - or to what the Icelanders refer to as the new city centre, an extravagant mall with over a hundred shops and restaurants, and the city theatre. A pleasant few minute walk will take you to the National Theatre; Kjarvalstadir Art Exhibition Centre; The Pearl (Reykjavik's most interesting phenomenon - a glass dome built on top of geothermal tanks); and dozens of other interesting places. Our guests have free access to private parking in Hotel Reykjavik's parking house. From Hlemmur, Reykjavik's Central Bus Centre only 300 metres from Hotel ReykjavÃk buses leave frequently travelling to all parts of the city, including ReykjavÃk Airport and Coach Centre.
