Ionian Beach Club - Dinghy Sailing and Windsurfing in Greece

The Ionian Beach Club is an attractive, 10 acre beach side hotel with just 80 bungalow style hotel rooms set in lush gardens. The excellent facilities include a swimming pool, tennis courts, mini golf, beach volley, taverna, restaurant, bars, reception, plus our fully equipped Seafarer sailing club, exclusive to Seafarer guests.

Holidays are offered on a half board meal basis (breakfast and dinner) and are inclusive of unlimited use of our fleet of dinghies, catamarans and windsurfers, all under the guidance of our English speaking, RYA qualified instructor and safety crew.
Sailing club guests are restricted to 60 staying at the site at any time.

Sailing equipment at the club includes Taz dinghies for kids, Toppers, Laser Picos, Laser Bahias, Omega dinghies, 2 Dart 16 catamarans and a range of windsurfers and rigs for all abilities. There are 2 yachts based at the club for tuition and day trips.
We provide buoyancy aids and there is continuous rescue cover during opening hours.
Guidance and advise from the safety team is free. Optional sailing courses are offered (1 - 2 days) for beginners and intermediates. Also pre-flotilla yacht courses are available.

The Ionian beach Club retains its Greek character and charm, offers authentic cuisine and offers ample sailing equipment for a maximum of 60 Seafarer guests. During school holidays we operate a kids club (age 4 - teens). The club is located in a quiet, rural spot on an a good sandy beach. There are beach restaurants and bars within walking distance and a local village within easy reach. Excellent local excursions include Ancient Olympia - birthplace of the Olympic Games; and the city of Patras.

Accommodation Details

Rooms for 2-4 are air conditioned and equipped with refrigerator, colour TV, en suite bathroom and private terrace overlooking the gardens. Superior rooms overlook the pool or sea. Also there are family suites for 4-6 persons with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
