Learn to Kitesurf IKO Level 1 + 2
The wind in Dakhla is fuelled by the heat of the Sahara and blows all year round, consistently...to have more than 1 day a week of no wind is highly unusual. The temperature is a fairly constant 28 degrees.
The lagoon offers some of the finest learning conditions to be found anywhere in the world. The knee to waist deep conditions mean that learning is safe and easy. The wind is constant and usually blows about a manageable 25kts. Finally the flat water means you are not fighting the waves as well as trying to stay on the board. A week here will see you becoming an independent kitesurfer and more.
Our School uses the latest bow kites to ensure a safe and smooth learning curve, and as all our instructors are IKO qualified you are ensured the highest quality and safest instruction a kitesurfing school can offer.
Kiterush Dakhla is positioned on the lagoon side of the peninsula. The lagoon is home to dolphins, whales, flamingos and a huge variety of marine life. The resort is perfectly placed to be kiteable in any wind direction. There are also opportunities for sand boarding, camel rides, dolphin and whale watching, big game fishing and extreme 4x4 action all within a short drive...which of course we provide.
