Day 1: Departure to Langano through a great enduro track, riding from Butajira to Bulbula in single paths. After ther ride you will welcome the relaxing shores of Lake Langano with its soothing waters. If time allows visit the Shala and Abyata Lakes National Parks where you can give wings to your riding skills in a background of pink flamingos (240 km off-road, 150 km asphalt).
Overnight in Langano
Day 2: Departure to Awasa through a mix of technical riding and some faster paths. The road from Dodola to Shashamene is under construction and therefore we will be doing some very welcoming de-routing, a number of which are lots of fun (233 km off-road, 25 km asphalt).
Overnight in Awasa
Day 3: Departure to Arbaminch (Chencha). Good off-road riding with beautiful views and different landscapes at altitudes that reach 3,500 metres on curvy mountainous off-road tracks. Overnight in Arbaminch
Day 4: Departure to Sodo through the Valley of the Lions. This is a fantastic route going through very narrow paths with escarpment landscape. It is probably the best riding day of the trip. You will find almost all kind of terrains with very technical parts and some quite fast riding (270 km off-road, 21 km asphalt).
Overnight in Sodo
Day 5: Departure to Jimma on a ride through the Upper Omo Valley where both the landscape and the ride are awesome. Mostly fast but with a few more technical riding involved (220 km off-road).

Day 7: Departure to Addis. There are 3 alternative itineraries for this last leg of the trip depending on how much off-road riders want to do:
Option 1: Departure to Addis through Ambo. This road is supposed to have been rebuilt, otherwise it will be a ride on bad asphalt. Hopefully it will still be being rebuilt in which case we can make some nice off-road de-routes which are very much fun. If time allows we can do 65km off-road from Ambo to Wolisso where we can visit the Wonchi Crater Lake, an extinct volcano that reaches 3,386 metres (350 km asphalt or with some off-road depending on de-routing);
Option 2: Departure to Addis through Fincha Lake. Ride very close to the lake and the mountains within beautiful scenery. (475 km of which 210 km off-road);
Option 3: Departure to Addis through Ijaji and Chenen (425 km of which 110 km off-road).
Skill level: 3+
