Moroccan Experience

Breaking your journey at the provincial walled town of Taroudant
you then head up into the Anti-Atlas to stay in a Berber village.
There’s plenty of time to discover the local community and hills on
foot and by 4WD to ensure you experience everyday village life in this fascinating part of Morocco. The atmospheric port of Essaouira with its dramatic ramparts, Atlantic Ocean, quiet backstreets and expansive beach offer a great place to relax before returning to Marrakech.
Arriving in Morocco you head to Marrakech and discover the lively bazaar and colourful main square, the Djemaa el-Fna, that comes to life at sunset with snake charmers, jugglers, musicians and acrobats. You’ll then head to the Atlas Mountains and discover the village of Ait Benhaddou, where red-towered kasbahs are dramatically set on a hillside. This stunning area of Morocco was used as the setting for the film ‘Gladiator’.
