Motocross Experience

Don't worry sports fans; you don't need the skills of Evel Knievel to enjoy this fantastic motocross experience! Our centres are more than happy to take all skill levels, even if you've never sat on a motorbike! They are also keen to take experienced on-road and off-road riders to add a little more to the bike-riding skills repertoire!

This spectacular introduction to off-road motorcycling will get you riding in ways and across surfaces that you never thought possible! The feeling of controlling two wheels across all terrains is terrifically rewarding and ensures maximum enjoyment from every aspect.

Slipping and sliding with raw power at your disposal is a pleasure to behold, especially when you've got the theory to accompany the throttle!

Itinerary / Highlights

* Progress from a 250cc to a 450cc bike, and maybe more
* Expert tuition across challenging terrains inc. dirt track
* All equipment and theory included.

Once you've arrived and been welcomed to the centre your day starts at 10.am with the registration. This is followed by a short safety briefing and introduction. After which you will receive some basic off road riding instruction and assessment. Your assessment will start off on 250cc Enduro Bikes and depending on your ability you will have the opportunity to progress onto the more powerful 450cc Moto Cross Bikes.

Your instructors will then take you out to the course to build and develop your skills and confidence in a hands-on situation. You are then given the chance to have a go on the different types of Yamaha off road bikes. With a short break for lunch the day finishes at approximately 3.30/4.00pm. No motorcycle license is required.

All levels of experience can be catered for from complete novice (including would-be riders who have never even sat on a motorcycle before), to experienced road and off-road riders.

Duration:
Please allow a full day at the venue, consisting of 6 hours.

What to Wear / Equipment:
The centre will provide all the equipment needed, but please bring a change of clothes and a towel, refreshments are provide but please bring your own pack lunch.

Group Size / Spectators:
There will be a maximum of twelve to fifteen people attending this experience; riders are then organized into smaller groups of 5 allowing for rest time and instruction. Spectators are welcome but there are limited facilities and they will not be able to see everything.
