Morzine's winter reputation is now firmly established, but if you have never considered the Alps as a summer holiday destination, then welcome to a whole new experience!!
With a climate much more clement than the UK, the temperatures are warm, without being stifling. As a result, the mountains come alive with an astonishing variety of fauna and flora, and also an eclectic selection of ways in which to pass your time.
There is an incredible amount of area to discover, as the 'Portes du Soleil' operates lifts during the summer months; By choosing to Explore on Mountain Bike, you can really get Off Piste, with routes suitable for all age ranges and abilities you can push yourself as much or as little as you wish.
The lift system opens up late june through to the end of August. simply clip your bike on and free your self from having to ride up any hills.
The lift ticket costs around 16 euro`s for the day, and lets you access up to 350klm of mountain trails.
Morzine it`s self has three purpose build downhill tracks, the possibilities to ride down hill is endless, Morzine has to be amongst one of the best places to ride a mountain bike any where in the world.

With over 650Km of Pistes the choice of routes to take here is huge, you definitely won;t be bored.
This is not just a trip for mountain Biking enthusiasts, Morzine is a hub of adventure activities in the summer months and for those who do not wish to Bike or indeed Bikers who need a day of to rest!
