Itinerary / Highlights

Vassiliki is one of Europe's premier hot spots for windsurfing and also dinghy sailing holidays, and our beach front hotel is perfectly positioned right in the midst of this superb beach resort! We also offer kayaking and mountain biking.

The flat water and predictable wind makes Vassiliki an ideal venue to learn dinghy sailing. As the thermal wind builds after lunch, the Intermediate and expertss will be able to test themselves in some of the best winds in Greece! Wind range is F2 to F7.

Importantly, Vassiliki is just as suitable for the beginner dinghy sailors and windsurfers as it is for the experts. Eric, which is Vassiliki’s thermal wind, kicks in for the afternoon at about 2-3pm, consistently, every day. It then blows until about 8pm. This allows children and novice water enthusiasts plenty of time to practice before gearing up for the more exhilarating conditions in the afternoon, albeit with a smaller sail or some one-to-one instruction!
