Nepal Kayak School

As well as having some of the finest rivers in the world, Nepal is the perfect place to learn to kayak. The outstanding scenery, gorgeous warm sunshine and spectacular warm tributaries make this a fantastic adventure.

Whether you’re a complete beginner or someone who just wants to brush up on their whitewater skills, this trip covers everything. From basic strokes to Eskimo rolls to river running, you will learn it all and more, and feel really confident. Starting off on the beautiful lake in the town of Pokhara, nestled in the foothills of the Annapurna, you will be given in-depth tuition and advice by our expert guides followed by fully supervised multi-day trips on some of Nepal’s most scenic rivers.
The river trips start gentle and progress as you do, with rapids to challenge your new skills. And with nights spent relaxing around campfires with a chilled beer and a hearty meal, you will be ready for each day. With a total of 10 days on the water and some free time to enjoy the beautiful surroundings and culture of Nepal, this is a lovely holiday as well as a great Kayak Clinic. You will go home a very happy, sun-kissed, fully fledged kayaker!
