Acquaviva is an old Country house, situated in the heart of Maremma, near the Terme di Saturnia (Thermal Spa).Surrounded by its vineyards and olive plants, Acquaviva has 25 rooms, located between the Villa and the Farmhouse. The rooms are furnished with old Tuscany furniture and a special attention to the particulars, made every rooms different from the others. Moreover Acquaviva has a tennis court , swimming-pool with an whirlpool side and a wide green park with ancient trees.In the centre of the park, in scenic position, in front of the swimming-pool, there is the Restaurant La Limonaia di Villa Acquaviva, where it is possible to taste typical Maremma dishes , made with fresh products of the Farm.Moreover in the Acquaviva Enoteca, it can be possible to taste the wines DOC produced from the wide vineyards of the Farm Acquaviva ( Nero and Bracaleta Morellino di Scansano and the different White wine of Pitigliano), olive oil, marmalades and honey.The particular position of Acquaviva, means an ideal departure point for pleasant excursions, towards the sea, such as the beautiful coast of Argentario, or towards historical itineraries in the small towns near Acquaviva.Since 2004, Acquaviva has a special agreement with the Thermal Spa: 4 Privilege Cards for a Private Club inside the Terme. These cards give the possibility to have privilege entrance, covered car parking, reserved area, swimming pool set, sauna and turkish bath.Now our guest can enjoy massage directly in Acquaviva in our relax area.Since April 2008 we have a special partnership with Saturnia Golf Resort for access to the Golf Court with special amenities for out guest.
