Under the careful watch of some of the best guides in Europe - Anna Toretta, ex-World ice-climbing champion or John Falkiner, legendary mountain hero, or Coach Duncan Mcallum, ex-professional climber and Rock Guru, you will enjoy real progress on the rock and in the mind and body! You’ll be staying in a sustainable, low energy renovated farm.

The Sunday Times called it the best ‘Eco-lodge’ in the Alps. Your hosts are TV presenter and ex-pro climber Duncan MCCallum and yogini and personal development coach, Saskia Anley. They invite you to La Source to share a week of fun, progress and adventure! The coaching week focuses on balance, physical and mental awareness, technique, grace, and efficiency on the rock. We go to a different crag almost daily. Long used by the Chamonix guides during periods of unstable high mountain weather, the Giffre is littered with superb limestone crags delivering everything from single and multi pitch 5s (easy) routes to arm pumping grade 8a and above. Good rock climbing conditions can be found from mid April until the first winter snows. The crags are un-crowded and face all directions, providing warmth or shelter as required. Often we are able to offer a guided 9 pitch multi-pitch route adventure in the Aosta Valley, Italy. We can’t promise that every course, but we do go out of our way to make your week exceptional! There is white water rafting, hiking, mountain biking, parapenting, high ropes courses, via ferratta, and lake swimming on the doorstep.

The Coaching Climbing Camp is for experienced climbers with their own gear who want to push their limits, improve their head, efficiency and technique on the rock. You will have climbing partners on tap all week. This course is coached by Duncan McCallum, ex-professional climber, founding director of the world's largest indoor climbing arean, Ratho, Edinburgh and world class coach.

For partners who do not want to climb the price is €555 or €505 and €370 for children under 16 years old.

There is a minimum of 4 per group and max of 8 (split into 2 groups). Each course is carefully tailored to its participants. There is a 4:1 instructor ratio.

Generally we start the day with yoga class and wholesome organic breakfast.
10am - 5pm Rock Climbing
5pm-7pm Swimming in the Lake/ Hiking/ Mountain Biking/ Via Ferratta/ Rafting or hanging out at La Source - Hot Tub, walking Java the dog, yoga, exploring eclectic DVD and music collection, reading...
7.30pm Communal Dinner
Hot tubs, moonlit walks, etc..

It is 5 minutes above Samoens village 1 hour from Geneva airport on the Edge of one of France's most spectacular Nature Reserve's.
La Source has 7 bedrooms, a wood fired hot tub and massive communal living area, library, TV/music den, sports room, bike washing facility, etc.

There is a big garden with a big chill out BBQ deck and wood fired hot tub. The neighbours cows come through the garden!
Food is sourced from local organic farms.
