We are not just a tour operator based in a remote office booking your holiday, we offer a personalised customer service in resort and are there to help you make the most of the area and generally take the hassle out of your holiday!
We'll come and meet you when you arrive in resort and welcome you to the area, give you your ski passes (no queuing at the ticket desk!), pre-book your skis, organise your lessons and any other activities you fancy trying and we are around throughout your week for advice on where the best pistes are, where to eat, shop and generally have fun in the resort and surrounding area!!
We appreciate the importance of quality ski instruction and have chosen to work with the ESI (Ecole du Ski International) ski school who are slightly more expensive then the other ski schools but offer a more personal and friendly service with smaller group sizes.
We can easily add creche or babysitting, more ski lessons or other activities like ice diving, snowshoeing, husky dog sledding, cross country skiing, ice climbing or even a night in an igloo if you want a break from skiing.
