Luxury Surf Coaching Week *All inclusive (even your smoothie)

This our core package -the one where, whether you are beginner, intermediate or advanced, we will improve your surf in a week and beyond. 3 to 4h surf coaching a day, dedicated surf coaches and analysing your own daily surf session on video, together with a structured approach helps you to improve quickly and sustainably. And to make sure you can just surf, relax and surf, we take care of everything the moment you arrive in San Jose airport.

From picking you up at the airport, to having you stay at a beautiful villa with a view; from the massage on your day off, to even the sunblock - we got you covered. You will enjoy a healthy breakfast and lunch at our 'KS HQ-with-a-view' or at the beach and in the evening we take you to one of the local restaurants or have an excellent BBQ right here. And of course, we will make sure you leave not only with some cool goodies, but also with a surf photo of you in action to show off at the people back home.

Surf Coaching & Equipment Helping you become a better surfer

At Kalon Surf we want you to learn or improve your surf while you are with us, but also after your stay with us. We have developed methods, that not only help you to learn or improve quickly, but also will help you to understand why you are doing it in this or that way.

Our surf coaches have always plenty of time to give you individual attention, because we keep the groups small. We are able to focus on those skills you need to improve, using a board that matches your skills and ambition, and taking you to beaches that help you develop further.

During your surf session, the surf coach will record you and the other students - before dinner, while having a smoothie you will check together with the coach what is going well, what is going wrong, why you did catch that wave and why you didn't catch that other. This way you can feel confident that you actually can surf and know what to focus on the next day

Wind, swell, waves, currents, tide, boards, fins - we make sure you feel comfortable with the basics. You will understand what you need to look for when you start a surf session and how to stay safe here and in any other location in the world.

We partnered up with Santa Cruz Surfboards to use their quality equipment to help you advance quicker, whether you are beginner, intermediate or advanced.

And at the end of the trip, we make sure you know what your level is, how you can develop yourself further, which type of beaches and board your should surf. And you can always get in touch with us for some quick advice.

Luxury ComfortTime to relax

We want you to surf, a lot! So we have made you sure you do not have to think about anything else than surf and relaxing. We pick you up from the airport and make it a comfortable and enjoying ride.

Upon arrival, you will find a Kalon t-shirt (trust us, they are very cool!) and rashguards which are yours to keep, but also suncream & lipbalm from Watermans and basically everything that you need to stay healthy and protect yourself.

You will stay in a beautiful villa, with a view over the sea and the beautiful sounds of the waves arriving on the beach. During the day you can, always stop by and grab a drink from the fridge or enjoy a piece of fruit, brownie or smoothie. And of course you can use our WIFI to update the people back at home.

Before the surf session we make sure you get a healthy and energy-full breakfast; depending on time of surfing we might have lunch at the beach or enjoy it at the KS HQ. In the evening you will either enjoy one of the cool and good local restaurants where we will take you, or we put our KS BBQ to work and get you some excellent grilled, meat, chicken, fish and vegies!

On Wednesday, you have your day off - your body needs to relax in order to get the most out of the surf sessions so we will have Valerie stop by to give you a great massage. Deep tissue or a relaxing massage? She will take care of it.
