Day 1- Arrival and Bure
After arrival in the airport be meet by Off-Road Ethiopia Tour staff and head to Bure. En route visit the Debre Damo Monastery, Portuguese bridge and the gorgeous Blue Nile gorge. Over night Bure Local Hotel (B & L)
Day 2- Bure-Nekemt
After break fast head to Nekemt. Up on arrival in Nekemt visit the Nekemt Museum, which has the best collection of artifacts reflecting the Oromo people tradition and customs. Overnight Seif Hotel (B & L)
Day 3- Nekemt-Gore
After an early break fast in the hotel head to Gore, a small town which has acted once as a capital for Ethiopia for hours. En route visit the Anger falls located in the road along the Gimbi route. Also visit the small natural fall of Sor located in the wild coffee tree after passing the town of Metu. Overnight Gore local hotel (B & L)
Day 4- Gore-Tepi
Drive from Gore to Tepi. Overnight coffee plantation guest house (B & L)
Day 5- Tepi-Tulgit
Drive the scenic, green road to Tulgit, the first settlement for the Surma people; a clan of the Mursi, sharing the basic lip-plating and stick fighting cultures in common. Overnight camping.
Day 6- Tulgit-Kibish
After taking a visit to the near by village of the Surma people head to Kibish, another settlement for the Surma people. Per the agreement of the clients it is optional to arrange stick fighting activity or attend one which is already there. Over night camping (B & L)
Day 7- Kibish
Again full day picture and visit to the different villages and settlements of the Surma people. Overnight camping (B & L)
Day 8- Kibish- Omo National Park
Head to Omo National park, one of the least visited park in Ethiopia with rich mammals and birds life. Overnight Camping (B & L)
Day 9- Omo National park
Full day safari in the park to admire the different wild animals including the Defarsa waterbuck, Eland, Buffalo, Warthog, and more. Overnight Camping (B & L)
Day 10- Omo National Park-Tum
Head back to Tum, a settlement for the Dizi people. Overnight camping (B & L)
Day 11- Tum- Mizan Teferi
Drive back to Mizan Teferi. En route admire the scenery. Overnight Aden Hotel (B & L)
Day 12- Mizan Teferi-Bonga-Jimma
Drive back to Jimma. En route visit the water falls and the big jungle in the small town of Bonga. Over night Wolde Argaw Hotel (B & L)
Day 13- Jimma-Weliso
After break fast in the hotel, head to Abajiffar palace to see the former palace complex of the Kaffa king and the Jimma Museum and drive back to Weliso. En route visit the Ghibe gorge and the typical Gurage house in the small commercial town of Welkite. Overnight Ethiopia Hotel (B & L)
Day 14- Weliso-Wenchi-Ambo
After some time in the hot spring of Weliso head to Wenchi Crater Lake to visit the picturesque lake scenery and the ancient Monastery of Cherkos on a boat ride and back to Ambo. Over night Abebech Hotel (B & L)
Day 15- Ambo- Awash National Park
After a visit to the small Guder falls head to Awash National Park via Melka Kunture Archeological site. En route visit the Addis Alem St. Mary church, which was originally designed to be a palace and Lake Zeway. Late in the evening have a game drive in the park. Overnight Meridian Hotel (B & L)
Day 16- Awash National Park-Addis Ababa
Early in the morning have another game drive in the park, visit the Awash River falls and Awash gorge from the Kereyu lodge and back to Addis Ababa. En route visit the newly bustling city of Nazreth, which has acted as a capital for the Oromo people recently and the two crater lakes of Debre Zeit. In this day have a complementary traditional Dinner and live dancing at the renowned restaurant in Addis Ababa. Overnight Global Hotel (B & L)
Day 17- Addis Ababa Departure
Late in the morning have a city tour of Addis Ababa. In the afternoon time of shopping and free time and in the evening transfer to the airport for a final departure back home.
