Thai Boxing and Culture
Experience the culture, travel Thailand and learn the art of Muay Thai (Thai Boxing), the “martial art of the eight limbs”. More than just a sports program, you take in some of the cultural and language highlights, providing you with the perfect base to either learn Thai boxing or advance your skills in the country of the sports origins.
Thai Boxing is the national sport of Thailand and one of the most popular forms of martial arts in Asia. The sport teaches you to combat your opponent using 8 different points of contact on the body - feet, knees, elbows and hands. The Thai Boxing programme has a number of different options. You can add in more boxing weeks and/or take out the Thai Experience/beach weeks.
