Day 1 Bangkok-Witness local life on a longtail ride down the Chao Phraya River.
Days 2-4 Kanchanaburi/ River Kwai-
Raft down the River Kwai and visit the Jeath War Museum. Hike the lush seven levels beside the Erawan Falls.
Day 5 Ayuthaya-
Explore the awe-inspiring temples and ruins of Ayuthaya.
Days 6-7 Chiang Mai-
Nothing beats the view over this walled city from the temple atop Doi Suthep. In free time, ride an elephant, take a bamboo raft downriver, shop for local crafts, sharpen your cooking skills or enjoy a traditional massage.
Day 8 Homestay-
Experience village life and share a traditional khan toke dinner.
Days 9-11 Hilltribe Trek-
Get an insight into hilltribe culture trekking through rural Thailand.
Days 12-13 Golden Triangle-
Visit the Opium Museum then eat and shop at Chiang Rai's night market.
Days 14-15 Bangkok-
Tour the opulent Grand Palace. Perhaps visit the massive Chatuchak market.
Days 16-19 Khao Sok-
Sleep on a floating rafthouse amid mountains and misty rainforests.
