The Dachstein offers a variety of challenging treks across its rugged peaks. We have put together the ultimate Dachstein challenge, to trek to the peak of the Dachstein Glacier. You will stay 3 nights in mountain huts high on the Krippenstein Plateau.
Whilst on this trip the knowledgeable guides will teach you about the glacier so you can understand how the it is receding at 20 – 30 metres per year and how this is impacting on the fauna & flora of the area.
