Water Rush

We start with whitewater rafting on the Markarfljot river through its towering and magical canyon. The trip starts in the interior of Iceland and we need a specially equipped vehicle to get there, driving over rivers and streams. The river has an endless supply of waves, action and breathtaking beauty.

After a light lunch, dined outdoors, we head to the Fljotshlid canyon. The canyon is an amazing place, leading deep into the heart of the mountain! Through it runs a small pristine clear stream falling continuously down cliffs, creating unforgettable waterfalls. The ancient walls are a lush green and trees cover the opening, hiding the place from all others. Here you will experience the world of water like no were else in the world. We will swim against the current, scale waterfalls and explore the narrow canyon!
