Womens surfing and Yoga retreat - Hawaiian Islands
This is a six-night/seven-day Surf and Yoga Experience on the beautiful island of Maui for women ages 18 and older. The retreat is located on one of the most beautiful beaches of all the islands. Your combined Maui surfing vacation and yoga retreat will have you stretching in professionally taught yoga classes and surfing Hawaii where you will be instructed by top-notch Hawaiian surf instructors. During your Experience you will learn how to become a confident and skilled surfing girl/women while enjoying the endless benefits that yoga provides.
You will be staying in lovely cottages with your own private lanai that is only steps to the beach. Besides your professional surfing and Yoga classes you will also enjoy: swimming in the ocean front pool and jacuzzi, sunset surf sessions, afternoon excursions, educational workshops, wellness workshops, cooking classes, snorkelling, sight-seeing, video analysis and much, much more.

EXPERIENCE SCHEDULE
Mornings will consist of yoga, a delicious and nutritious breakfast and surf lessons. The afternoons will begin with a gourmet and healthy lunch and be a time for you to be pampered (massage, yoga, relaxing at the white sand beach, etc...) or to explore the many activities that Maui has to offer.
The afternoon will end with a late afternoon outdoor yoga class or wellness workshop. Evenings will allow you to assimilate all the surfing techniques that were taught to you earlier in the day as you engage in a sunset surf session (formal surf instruction not provided during sunset surf sessions). This is the time for cheering each other, just having fun, being silly, laughing and enjoying the spectacular Maui sunsets.
A delicious gourmet dinner completes your day. If you still have energy left from your full day of adventure and fun, local shuttles will take you for an evening out on the town to historic Lahaina or Whaler's Village.
The schedules may change according to surf conditions, guest speakers and surprise events that are planned during your 'Experience' week.

Each cottage has two double beds or a king size bed with a nice lanai just outside your bedroom and a spacious bathroom. The cottages are surrounded by lush, green grass and palm trees and are located just steps from the ocean. There are 2 swimming pools with free scuba diving lessons, tennis courts, golf, beauty salon and a free shuttle into the historic town of Lahaina for some sight seeing and souvenior shopping. There are also excellent restaurants for you dining pleasure and the number one beach in the nation, Ka'anapli Beach, a mere 30 second walk from your doorstep. |
