rworldly scenery. Further south the land becomes more inhabitable and is home to many indigenous peoples. The majestic coastlines are rugged and beautiful, with little sign of human interference. Comprising of regions from eight different countries and home to some of the harshest conditions anywhere on Earth, the Arctic has always attracted the more adventurous of explorer.

Here, on land, when the permafrost that covers almost the entirety of the Arctic thaws, great puddles are formed and life takes the opportunity to grow. Millions of caribou can be seen migrating across northern Canada’s wild frontier, and along the coastlines of Iceland and Greenland, rich seas meet towering mountains, fjords and mazes of inlets, perfect for nature lovers to get a glimpse of wildlife or take part in a variety of water based activities.
