Bike-Dreams Weekend 2011


The fourth “Bike-Dreams Weekend” takes place near the cascades of Coo in the heart of the Belgium Ardennes.
The weekend is for former participants a nice opportunity to have a chat and to revive stories : “How tough was the wind in Patagonia?”, “Do you remember the cold downhill in Andorra?” and “How deep did you cycle through the water in Venice?”.
The weekend gives for potential riders the possibility to get acquainted with the Bike-Dreams organization in an informal way and to hear the experiences of former participants.

The “Bike Dreams Weekend” is organized in the weekend of March 26th and 27th in Coo, Stavelot. The location is a good base to make beautiful bicycle tours through the Belgium Ardennes.

We gonna cycle for two days with the usual support. A breakfast in the morning, lunch during the ride, soup at arrival and a dinner in the evening. Everyone can cycle at his or her own pace. We are making use of existing bicycle routes which are suitable for race bikes and trekking bikes. Mountain bikes with road tires can also do the job.


We stay overnight in an accommodation which is an ideal place for a group and offers the possibility to sleep in a room with 2, 3 or 4 beds. You can also stay overnight in a guesthouse or hotel in the neighbourhood of Coo. It is not a problem to bring your spouse or a friend along. You can also choose to attend only one day.


We have estimated the cost for the organization at 70,- Euros per person for the whole weekend. This includes accommodation, food and drinks. We ask an amount of 20,- euro to the people who stay only Saturday or Sunday.
